Good morning, as I pour your words into my coffee. Journal already opened to a fresh page and my mind awakening to a fresh day. Overwhelmingly thankful for the rings of growth on this body and the transformation of this mind and spirit miraculously changed through the pains and joy of stretching.

My favorite exercise class is held every Monday morning shortly after 06:02! Thank you Shane.

Good morning! I feel the same, at 60 1/2 the mornings still come and I am grateful to a creator who is not done with me. Thank you for the mind stretching.

Love it all, but especially this, “Aging is an unfolding.”

I feel like aging is the long transformational journey back to our creator. For some it’s long. For some short. For some it’s a struggle as we resist the transforming work and fight to remain as we are. Where we are.

I admire those who age gracefully. Those who submit to the call and work of the Spirit of the Christ as He revels who He is and who we were always meant to be as his sons and daughters.

May the “unfolding” give way to an awakening as we pass from this life to the next.

I, too, admire saints who age with as much grace as God gives. They really are more of what our churches (and myself) need today. Thanks friend.

I sit having read the words and can’t decide if i feel more like I’ve just enjoyed a delightful and nourishing mug of warmth and richness on a cold day or stood under the sparkling, body enveloping flow of a gentle waterfall on a hot day… maybe both. In any case thank you i so relate to all of it😃
