Another message delivered at just the exact time I needed it most. From the depths of my heart thank you Shane.
I struggle to see my worth, my value and if I am making a difference. Then my kids will say something that is full of praise and how good and meaningful I am to them, and in my mind I shrug it off, and reaffirm, no, I am not worthy of that praise.
I understand that impulse, dear friend. But it is time we start describing ourselves the way that God describes us when he looks at us as his children and adores what he sees 🙂
Your perspective and wisdom is so refreshing. Thank you for sharing. We had a year like that, too. My dad, my husband's sister, best friend and aunt, and our first grand baby, lost in a miscarriage. So hard. We cried a lot. Thank God for the Comforter. I am so glad you have adopted your son and that you are pursuing his heart. He is in good hands. You have impacted our lives with your books, your Revelation study and your Letters from the Desert. Your willingness to be vulnerable and honest as you follow Jesus helps and ministers to us as we strive to understand the heart of the Creator and Father and wrestle with what it means to follow Jesus. We are blessed by you and pray for you and your family as you walk through the valley.

How I must grieve the holy spirit with that view.

The days, months, years in the desert are painful. May you and your family find peace. You are not alone. Much love Brother.
Thank you my friend. I appreciate that tons :)
